Before a trip with no signal: open each app you'll need once while you still have signal, then turn on airplane mode, close the app completely and reopen it to be sure.

Shoot a solid mark at 20, then as far as you shoot well — 60 or more gives the best tape. Write down where each mark sits on your sight's scale; the zero can be anywhere. Two marks plus a chrono speed (or your peep-to-pin distance) build the tape. Three or more marks need neither.

One row per charge or seating depth. Add each shot as the chrono reads it; average, ES and SD update as you go. The step column shows fps gained from the row above — small steps across a few rows are a flat spot. Star the row you settle on. Zero records your data; it never suggests a charge. Start from published load data and work up.
Dial the same side the wind comes from. Full value at 10 mph is the default so you can scale it in your head — double for 20, halve for quartering. Incline is the same correction uphill or down.

Shoot at a known distance — 600 or beyond is where it bites. Enter the elevation that put rounds on target and the solver back-solves muzzle velocity. The day's conditions are stored with the result so you can always see what it was fit against. If your velocity is chronographed, fix the zero or BC instead of truing velocity.
Use G7 for long boat-tail bullets — it holds one BC across all speeds. Temp sensitivity is how much velocity changes per degree of powder temperature from the temperature you chronographed at; leave it 0 if you don't know it.
Each rifle carries its own scope. Sight height is center of bore to center of scope. Zero offset is negative if the rifle is zeroed high. Razor HD LHT 4.5-22 defaults: ¼ MOA clicks, 15 MOA per turn, 27 MOA usable with the RevStop in, 45 MOA of windage.
Odds come straight from each state's published draw results for the latest year, at your points and residency — never projected. Wyoming and Utah/Arizona show the success rate at your point level; Wyoming's random pool and New Mexico show licenses drawn ÷ first-choice applicants. Nevada and Colorado show first-choice applicants who drew at your points; a Nevada hunt NDOW didn't break out by points shows its draw rate across all levels. Hunter success is the most recent season the state has reported. Past results don't guarantee next year.
Add each person who applies — you and the boys — with their home state and the points they hold. Odds in Find use the hunter you pick there. Points back up with your account; nothing here is sent to any state.
From each state's own published calendar. Dates marked estimate repeat last year's date until the state publishes the new one — check the state's site. Add them to your phone's calendar to get alerts a week and a day before.
It's a field tool, not a guarantee. You're responsible for every shot you take and every round you load.
